Pandan cake, pulut panggang, curry puffs, talam pandan, and seri muka.
Pandan Cake - Fluffy & lightly sweetened chiffon cake made with fragrant pandan leaves.
Pulut Panggang - Grilled glutinous rice sticks filled with lemongrass, shredded coconut flakes, and dried shrimp.
Curry Puffs - Curried potatoes and cilantro stuffed in flakey pastry shells.
Talam Pandan (v) (GF) - Layer of salted coconut jelly topped on a sweet pandan jelly.
Seri Muka - Decadent pandan custard topped on sticky rice.
Savory flat rice noodles stirfried with bean sprouts, chinese chives, and fresno chilis. Contains gluten and shellfish.
Coconut milk rice, chili sambal with anchovies, pan fried anchovies & peanuts, cucumber and egg garnishes. Choice of beef rendang or ayam berempah.
Beef rendang: Beef braised in lemongrass, coconut milk, galangal, and chilis. (GF)
